6th, 7th, & 8th Grade STUDENT AUDITION INFORMATION:
Audition Information for grades 6-8
ONLINE REGISTRATION
SCHEDULE - Monday, December 16
5:30 - Audition meeting in the auditorium for all students auditioning with parent/guardian. Explanation of procedures and breaking into groups.
5:45-9:00 - Auditions. Students will learn a short dance sequence, sing the selection posted on the CYPA website and read some sides for the characters of Jane and Michael.
Note: When you have finished auditioning, you are free to leave. Please check in in the Auditorium Lobby when you arrive. Please arrive early so we can start on time
TIME LINE
We will send out email notifications later that evening or on Tuesday morning. Rehearsals will begin on Tuesday, December 17.

AUDITION MATERIALS
Boys and Girls will sing the same selection. Every one should sing both Jane's and Michael's part of the song for the audition Sheet music/Lyrics Track - Accompaniment Only (w 2-bar intro)* Track - Lead Line only (w/ 2-bar intro) Track - Accompaniment with Lead Line (w 2-bar intro) * this track will be used during auditions |
